Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Design-Build Project Manager to lead municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater delivery across the DMV region. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage client relations, and drive project success in scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety.

You will mentor staff, help grow Arcadis' Design-Build practice, and contribute to delivering sustainable infrastructure for communities and utilities in the Mid-Atlantic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a civil/environmental/construction field.
• PE license in VA/MD/DC or reciprocity ability.
• Assoc. DBIA certification preferred.
• Experience with Design-Build or alternative delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of municipal Design-Build projects.
• Maintain client relationships with utilities and local governments.
• Oversee multidisciplinary project teams, safety, quality and schedule.
• Lead pursuits: proposals, risk assessments, and partnering strategies.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and change management.
• Mentor and develop team, support business development in DB practice.
