Job summary

Kleinfelder is seeking a Delivery Management professional to lead major proposals and manage multi-disciplinary water/wastewater projects from initiation through closeout. You will mentor staff, grow the portfolio, and nurture client relationships across the New England market.

The role can be based in Worcester, MA or Portland, ME, requiring strong communication, engineering and project delivery leadership. A PE license and a track record in water/wastewater are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional and project management experience in a consulting engineering firm or related service.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Professional registration (PE) is required/preferred depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Lead major proposal efforts, develop client/project capture plans and participate in scoping and presentations.
• Manage projects, present at technical conferences and engage in technical committees.
• Mentor staff and grow the team and portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with clients, teaming partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure client satisfaction and proactively address service issues with delivery personnel.
