Job summary

Kleinfelder seeks a Senior Water and Wastewater Project and Client Account Manager to join our New England Water Team. The ideal candidate will thrive as a vital part of a resourceful and collaborative water team.

They will have a commitment to client service, innovation, and excellence, while appreciating the growth opportunities and investment we make in our people. The primary function will be to assist our New England Water team identify, position, propose, and win targeted new business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Professional registration (PE) is required.
• Proven business development and project management experience in water/wastewater infrastructure with design consulting firms.
• Business acumen related to project management, portfolio financials and risk management.
• Understanding of sales pipeline metrics backlog growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead major proposal efforts, develop client/project capture plans and participate in scoping activities.
• Manage projects, present at technical conferences and engage in technical committees.
• Mentor staff and grow the team and work portfolio.
• Build strong relationships and interact regularly with key clients, teaming partners, industry groups and stakeholders.
• Ensure client satisfaction and address service issues promptly with project delivery personnel.
• Foster collaboration and maintain client focus while driving excellence and innovation.
