Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an experienced Owner’s Advisor to provide expert consultation on complex water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will guide clients through technical, regulatory, operational, and construction phases, ensuring objectives align with industry standards, budgets, and schedules.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership; a PE license is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent related experience.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact and advocate for the client throughout project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance on water and wastewater infrastructure, treatment processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Review designs, plans, and construction documents for alignment with objectives and standards.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Monitor progress, budgets, schedules, contracts, and changes.
