Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact throughout project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance on water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Review designs and construction documents for compliance.
• Collaborate to identify and mitigate project risks.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
• Facilitate communication among clients, contractors, engineers, and regulators.
• Conduct site visits to assess construction progress, quality, safety and compliance.
• Support commissioning, startup and operational readiness activities.
• Assist with proposals, RFP responses and client pursuits.
• Meet with clients to understand their water and wastewater infrastructure needs.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff.
• Participate in professional associations and industry activities.
• Perform other duties as required.
