Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required. Travel frequency depends on duties and project demands.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact throughout project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance on water and wastewater infrastructure, treatment processes, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Review designs, plans, specs, and construction documents for alignment with client objectives and standards.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to identify and mitigate risks.
• Monitor progress, budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
• Facilitate communication among clients, contractors, engineers, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to assess construction progress, safety, and compliance.
• Support commissioning, startup, and operational readiness activities.
• Assist with proposals, RFP responses, and business development.
• Meet with clients to understand water/wastewater infrastructure needs.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.
• Participate in professional associations and industry activities.
• Perform other duties as required.
