Job summary

Sundt Construction seeks a contract professional to negotiate terms for construction procurement, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers from start to finish on all agreement types.

Ideal candidates have an engineering/CM degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years of relevant experience; LnEight familiarity and MS Office proficiency are highly encouraged. Strong organization and independence are prized in a deadline-driven role.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with supervisors and team members.
• Four-year Engineering, Construction Management degree or equivalent; 5+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate terms/conditions of contracts with subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Develop contracts using our LnEight system; review and adjust terms with legal.
• Assist in establishing and negotiating terms of Sundt's agreements.
