Qualifications

• Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent technical training.
• 3–4 years of similar construction engineering experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to supervise and train Field Engineers.

Responsibilities

• Understand PMP components and change management for project execution.
• Develop procurement schedule and integrate with CPM schedule; review submittals.
• Administer contracts, budgets, and cost control to meet approved budgets.
• Maintain As-built documents; compile close-out requirements and manuals.
• Participate in concrete form design and takeoffs; assist with field engineering.
