Parsons is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager focused on water and wastewater projects to lead a major Southern Nevada program. You will oversee a multi-discipline team, coordinate with utilities, regulators, and stakeholders, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires a civil or related engineering background with 15+ years of PM experience on capital infrastructure, CMAR or Design-Build delivery methods, and a proven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 15+ years of construction management experience with related projects.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods, including CMAR, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, or similar project delivery approaches.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the Owner's Representative and primary point of contact for assigned capital improvement projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead and manage all pre-construction and construction phase activities for large, complex infrastructure and facility projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project management plans, including Construction Management, Quality Management, Communications, Risk Management, and Document Control Plans.
• Direct and supervise Construction Engineers, inspectors, testing agencies, consultants, and project support staff, providing technical leadership and performance oversight.
• Establish project controls, reporting procedures, performance metrics, and executive-level reporting to support informed decision-making.
• Lead pre-construction planning efforts, including constructability reviews, procurement planning, risk assessments, utility coordination, phasing evaluations, outage planning, and commissioning strategy development.
