Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Program Construction Manager to lead a CM/inspection team on South Florida water/wastewater projects. You will act as client representative, supervise inspectors and subconsultants, and ensure QA/QC and safety plans are in place.

The ideal candidate has a construction-related bachelor's degree and 15+ years in field construction, with experience on major capital projects and regulator coordination. Parsons offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in construction-related field (or equivalent construction-related work experience).
15+ years of experience in field construction required.
Experience overseeing major capital improvement projects.

Responsibilities

Lead a construction management and inspection team on water/wastewater projects in South Florida.
Represent Parsons with client, subcontractors and suppliers during project execution.
Oversee development of CM, safety, QA/QC plans and other documents.
Supervise inspectors and subconsultants and coordinate scopes of work.
Review and approve subcontractor safety and quality plans.
Negotiate scope changes and manage cost overruns or schedule changes.
Maintain current change orders and prepare monthly reports.
