Job summary

Parsons Corporation is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for water and wastewater projects in Southern Nevada. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, act as the Owner's primary representative, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

The role requires coordinating with contractors, designers, consultants, utilities, and regulatory agencies while upholding quality and contractual standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• 15+ years of construction management experience with related projects.
• Prior experience in overseeing and managing the construction of major capital improvement projects.
• Experience with alternative delivery methods, including CMAR, Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, or similar project delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Owner's Representative and primary point of contact for assigned capital improvement projects.
• Lead and manage all pre-construction and construction phase activities for large, complex infrastructure and facility projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain project management plans, including Construction Management, Quality Management, Communications, Risk Management, and Document Control Plans.
• Direct and supervise Construction Engineers, inspectors, testing agencies, consultants, and project support staff.
• Establish project controls, reporting procedures, performance metrics, and executive‑level reporting.
• Lead pre-construction planning efforts, including constructability reviews, procurement planning, risk assessments, etc.
