Job summary

Webber, a leader in infrastructure in the Fort Worth area, seeks a dynamic Construction Manager to drive water and wastewater projects. You will lead planning, coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10 years in water/wastewater construction, strong communication, proficiency with Procore or Bluebeam, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; Spanish language skills are a plus.

• 7–10 years of water/wastewater construction experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
