The Thrasher Group is seeking a Construction Manager to lead our Water Resources and Construction Services Team. The successful candidate will oversee large-scale industrial or commercial vertical projects, with emphasis on safety, quality, scheduling, and budgeting.

Experience in water and wastewater treatment plants is preferred; strong leadership and communication skills are essential. We value a results-driven, team-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering quality work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant construction experience.
• 4-year construction degree or equivalent training.
• Experience with water and wastewater treatment plants preferred.
• Experience in vertical construction for commercial/industrial/public use.
• Experience managing multiple trades.
• In-depth knowledge of cast-in-place concrete.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, results-driven.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage craft professionals and logistics.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and stakeholders to ensure drawings, specifications, and schedule compliance.
• Review drawings and submittals; optimize delivery, unloading, installation, and start-up.
• Plan work and monitor production goals, adjusting as needed.
• Flag over/under-budget items and propose solutions to the Project Manager.
