The Thrasher Group is seeking a Construction Manager to join the Water Resources and Construction Services Team in the United States. The ideal candidate will supervise large-scale industrial or commercial projects with emphasis on safety, quality, scheduling, and budgeting.

Ideal applicants have 10+ years in construction, a 4-year degree or equivalent, and experience with complex water/wastewater facilities and vertical construction across commercial/industrial projects. Travel will be required.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• 4-year construction degree or equivalent combination of related training and experience.
• Experience in building highly complex water and wastewater projects is highly desired.
• Experience in vertical construction of facilities for commercial/industrial/public use is required.
• Experience managing or coordinating multiple trades and their interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage all craft professionals, including logistics, schedules, materials, equipment, and client relationships.
• Maintain communication with all stakeholders to ensure work complies with drawings, specs, and schedule.
• Read and understand contract drawings; coordinate delivery, unloading, installation, and startup to optimize production.
• Plan ahead by reviewing production goals and ensure subcontractor scheduling aligns with targets.
• Communicate budget issues daily and work on solutions to improve costs.
