Job summary

The Thrasher Group in West Virginia is seeking a Construction Manager to lead the Water Resources and Construction Services team on large-scale industrial and commercial projects. You will oversee site operations, safety, quality control, scheduling, and budgeting with a focus on coordinated multi-trade delivery and adherence to drawings and specifications.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in construction, a four-year degree, and proven ability to manage complex water/wastewater facilities,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience is required.
• Experience managing multiple trades and coordinating complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of site safety, quality control, budgeting, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all craft professionals, including logistics, schedules, materials, equipment, and client relationships.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to communicate with stakeholders and ensure drawings, specs, and schedule compliance.
• Read contract drawings and submittals; coordinate delivery, unloading, installation, and start-up to optimize production.
• Plan work in advance, record estimated production goals, and ensure subcontractors are scheduled to meet targets.
• Communicate over- and under-budget items to the Project Manager and develop solutions to budget issues.
