Job summary

Thompson Turner Construction is seeking a Senior Project Executive - Wastewater to oversee all wastewater construction operations from pre-construction through closeout. You will lead bidding, client engagement, and strategic initiatives to secure new work while delivering safe, on-time, and on-budget projects.

Qualifications

• A 4 year degree in engineering or construction management degree or equivalent and experience preferred.
• 10-12 years minimum experience supervising and being responsible for building wastewater and industrial buildings.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-directed entrepreneurial spirit with strong organizational skills, attention to details.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, pursuit, and acquisition of new wastewater construction opportunities.
• Partner with leadership on strategic business development initiatives and client engagement.
• Provide operational input for bids, proposals, estimates, and project pursuits.
• Attend pre-bid meetings, client presentations, and industry networking events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
