RK&K is seeking a Construction Inspector experienced in water/wastewater utility construction inspection or related infrastructure construction. The role supports Field Engineering and Inspection projects originating from the Treasure Coast and Southeast FL area.

Inspectors work independently on sites, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other teams to ensure compliance with plans, codes, and specifications across water, wastewater, stormwater, and related facilities projects.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering technology or related field preferred.
• Florida CTQP certifications or similar training a plus.
• At least 1–3+ years in construction inspection or related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Conduct regular inspections of water/wastewater and related facilities construction projects to verify compliance with plans and codes.
• Inspect roadway infrastructure for earthwork, asphalt, drainage, and related elements per contract documents.
• Provide field engineering, construction management, and contract support on site and in office.
• Ensure workmanship and materials meet project specifications and industry standards.
• Document inspections with daily reports and maintain organized field files.
• Coordinate material testing to ensure compliance with specs.
• Perform field measurements for pay item documentation and admin records.
• Participate in closeout activities and prepare punch lists and final reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams.
