Job summary

RK&K seeks a Construction Inspector experienced in water/wastewater utility construction inspection to support a Treasure Coast and Southeast FL project. The role involves independent site inspections, coordination with PMs, engineers, and clients on water, wastewater, stormwater and related infrastructure.

Responsibilities include documenting inspections, overseeing material testing, measuring quantities for pay items, and supporting closeout activities.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and test results.
• Strong communication and collaboration with project teams.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and present construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect water/wastewater, stormwater and utilities construction to verify compliance with plans and codes.
• Inspect roadway infrastructure and earthwork to ensure contract compliance.
• Provide field engineering support, submittal reviews, RFI responses, and change orders on site and in office.
