Responsibilities

• Represent Crossland Heavy throughout the North Texas water and wastewater construction community.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with construction professionals, contractors, suppliers, municipalities, and industry partners.
• Spend time in the field visiting jobsites, industry partners, association meetings, conferences, and community events.
• Increase awareness of Crossland Heavy and career opportunities within our organization.
• Connect experienced construction professionals with opportunities matching their skills and goals.
• Develop relationships with the next generation of water and wastewater professionals.
• Partner with Talent and Operations to understand current and future workforce needs.
• Support workforce development initiatives and partnerships across the North Texas market.
• Share insights on workforce trends and needs of construction professionals in the region.
• Help Crossland continue building an exceptional water and wastewater team in Texas.
