Crossland Heavy Contractors in Prosper, TX is seeking a Construction Project Manager responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising complex construction projects from start to finish. You will develop master schedules, manage contracts, and ensure safety and quality compliance.

The role requires coordinating with owners, architects, and field personnel, managing cost accounting and change orders, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong scheduling, cost accounting and contract administration skills.
• Knowledge of safety management and quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction project activities from start to finish, including planning, scheduling and cost tracking.
• Develop a Master Project Schedule and maintain monthly updates shared with subcontractors, suppliers, owners and engineers.
• Manage subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, RFIs, and ensure timely handling of payments and documentation.
• Verify shop drawings for accuracy and alignment with specifications, coordinating with architects/engineers to avoid delays.
• Ensure work meets plans and specifications and maintain adherence to project timelines.
