Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).

1+ years in municipal water/wastewater design for EIT; 5+ years for PE with PM/ construction admin experience.
Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, WaterCAD, ArcGIS or similar.

Responsibilities

For EIT: assist in designing water/wastewater systems (plans, specs, reports).
For PE: assist in scheduling, budgeting, and progress updates; oversee construction administration; supervise EITs, drafters, subcontractors, inspectors.
