Job summary

BGE, Inc. in Austin seeks a Civil Engineer with 5–7 years of municipal water & wastewater design to join our Public Works team. You will develop plans, perform hydraulic modeling, and coordinate with clients and subconsultants to deliver projects.

Office locations include South Austin, North Austin, or San Antonio. EIT required; PE preferred or eligibility to obtain licensure. We offer comprehensive benefits and a strong mentorship culture to grow towards project management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, analysis, and design of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure.
• Prepare calculations, memos, reports, plans, specs, and cost estimates.
• Perform hydraulic modeling using WaterGEMS/WaterCAD/InfoWater or comparable tools.
