Job summary

Ardurra seeks a seasoned Production Designer – Water/Wastewater to lead CAD efforts on water and wastewater infrastructure across California. You will collaborate with engineers, PMs and technical staff to deliver high-quality drawings and models, ensuring standards and schedules are met.

The role supports remote candidates while requiring CA residency; ideal locations include Fresno, Sacramento, San Jose or Bakersfield. Proficiency in Civil 3D and Revit is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Technical Certificate preferred.
• 8+ years of design experience in production designer roles.
• 5+ years in water or wastewater civil infrastructure projects preferred.
• Proficiency with CAD standards and practices; CAD certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CAD team in producing high-quality engineering drawings and models.
• Implement and maintain CAD design best practices and Ardurra standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet project requirements.
• Mentor Production Design staff and foster continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Tech Ops and project teams for quality control.
