Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Production Designer – Water/Wastewater to join our California team, ideally in Fresno, Sacramento, San Jose, or Bakersfield. Remote candidates are considered, but residency in California is required.

You will lead CAD efforts on water/wastewater projects, collaborate with engineers and PMs, and mentor staff while upholding design standards and schedules across multiple facilities and pipelines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of design experience in water/wastewater projects.
• 5+ years leading design teams and mentoring staff.
• Proficiency with Civil 3D, Revit, and CAD standards.
• Strong knowledge of project design management and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAD team to produce engineering drawings for water and wastewater projects.
• Implement and maintain Ardurra CAD standards and processes.
• Collaborate with engineers and PMs to meet requirements and schedules.
• Mentor Production Design staff and foster continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Tech Ops and project teams for quality control.
• Support design needs for water facilities, pipelines, pump stations, treatment facilities.
• Utilize Civil 3D, Revit, and related applications.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
