Qualifications

• 10-15 years of design experience on Water/Wastewater Utilities.
• Proficiency in CAD/drafting software for difficult design assignments.
• Ability to resolve day-to-day project-related employee problems.

Responsibilities

• Establishes design criteria and schedules for projects.
• Provides conceptual input during planning stages.
• Assigns tasks to junior staff and reviews work.
• Prepares detail drawings and calculations using engineering formulas.
• Supports field assignments and leads field walkdowns.
• Interacts with clients, vendors, and engineers to resolve issues.
• Participates in hiring and training new staff.
