Lvi-Associates in Nashville, TN, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the Nashville area. You will work alongside experienced project managers and field leadership on municipal facilities, including water treatment plants, wastewater plants, pump stations, lift stations, and related infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of construction experience in heavy civil or water/wastewater.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to grow into a Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning, execution, and closeout of water/wastewater construction projects.
• Manage project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract correspondence.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and production progress.
• Support procurement of materials and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project plans to identify potential issues and opportunities.
• Attend project meetings and maintain accurate meeting documentation.
• Assist with cost tracking, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
• Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Support project teams during startup, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
