Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in water and wastewater construction.
• Strong knowledge of treatment plants, process piping, mechanical systems, and structural construction.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, cost controls, and project profitability.
• Experience leading both self-perform and subcontracted scopes of work.
• Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and technical documents.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, planning, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee water and wastewater projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost reports for financial performance.
• Coordinate process piping, mechanical systems, tankage, and civil work.
• Administer RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay apps, and contracts.
• Lead coordination with owners, engineers, municipalities, subs, and suppliers.
• Plan procurement, material deliveries, subcontractor agreements, and logistics.
• Lead progress meetings, client communications, and project updates.
• Identify project risks and implement solutions to keep work moving.
• Ensure safety, quality, regulatory, and contractual compliance.
