Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.
• Background check and favorable adjudication required.
• Selectee must be registered for Selective Service if male and born after 12-31-59.

Responsibilities

• Complete water treatment processes in accordance with regulations and policy.
• Perform equipment checks and calibrations on gauges, meters, motors, pumps, feeders, generators, and control devices.
• Collect water samples and conduct basic tests (pH, fluoride, chlorine, ion concentrations).
• Make/plug repairs to utility, supply, and disposal systems and operate vehicles as required.
• Operate heavy equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations; obtain required licenses within 180 days.
