The City of Georgetown, Texas is seeking a Chief Business Officer for Water to provide executive leadership over the Water Utility’s business functions, including Key Accounts, Contract Programs, and Metering Services.

In collaboration with the Director team and senior leaders, you will shape strategic plans, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive operational excellence for reliable water services to the community.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the water utility or municipal government.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic planning and execution for the Water Utility.
• Lead budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Oversee Metering Services, AMI data, and billing communications.
• Manage customer and stakeholder relations and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate HR, procurement, and interdepartmental activities.
