Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in water utility, municipal government, or related field including business management, stakeholder engagement.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, regulatory requirements, and municipal operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and oversight of Water Utility business functions.
• Develop and implement strategic and operational initiatives with director/senior leadership.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Water Utility.
• Manage customer relations, procurement, contracting, and intergovernmental relations.
• Coordinate with Council/Board and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and community engagement.
