Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
MBA preferred.
Five years of progressively responsible experience in the water utility industry, municipal government, or related field.
Two years of supervisory experience.
Any equivalent combination of education, experience, certifications, and licenses.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic and operational initiatives for the Water Utility.
Oversee meter installation, testing, and AMI data accuracy and billing transmission.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
Cultivate relationships with customers, Council, boards, and regulatory bodies.
Coordinate HR, procurement, contracting, and intergovernmental relations.
Develop talent management, recruitment, and performance evaluation.
Foster organizational culture, community engagement, and internal communications.
Perform other duties as assigned.
