Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a Consultant in our Infrastructure Advisory group to deliver advisory projects focused on rates development for water utilities. You will work with utility clients to design rate cases, assess affordability, and support capital planning, reporting to senior project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience; 4+ years in a business/consulting environment.
• Certifications related to area of expertise preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform and manage technical work on rate design for municipal and regulated water and wastewater utilities.
• Develop financial models, conduct affordability analyses, and support asset investment planning.
• Prepare reports and present findings in client meetings and workshops.
