Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation in Bloomington, MN invites a Consultant to deliver advisory projects for our Infrastructure Advisory team, focusing on rates development for water utilities. You will work with clients to build rate cases, financial models, and asset investment planning, shaping policy and pricing decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
• 4+ years experience in a business/consulting environment.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Certifications related to area of expertise, where applicable preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial models, cost-of-service and rate design for municipal and regulated water utilities.
• Perform and manage technical work including asset investment planning and capital prioritization.
• Prepare reports and presentations for clients and participate in meetings/workshops.

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience

Master’s Degree preferred
