Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Pre-employment checks may be required (background check, drug screen, MVR).
• PE license preferred or active pursuit of licensure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex engineering deliverables for large or multiple projects.
• Develop equipment/material recommendations and perform calculations.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and quality across disciplines.
• Lead multi-discipline teams and serve as the responsible charge for projects.
• Identify client interests and communicate concerns to teams; support business development.
• Provide input to technical leadership on water and wastewater projects; drive solutions.
• Mentor staff and perform performance management.
