Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and assist customers and other departments regarding water utilities.
• Answer phones and provide counter assistance, research billings or data, collect payments, and enter data into systems.
• Set up and schedule service terminations, update accounts, arrange payment plans, and process terminations and cutoff actions.
• Process information and monies received by entering data, posting transactions, and verifying payments.
