Job summary

Environmental Science Associates (ESA) seeks a senior Water Utilities & Groundwater Market Leader to steer firmwide growth and client strategy across multiple regions. You will coordinate with Practice Leaders, Regional Directors, and corporate marketing to align client needs with ESA capabilities.

The role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and requires 15+ years in the water sector, executive presence, and a track record of expanding client pipelines, revenue, and profitability in a matrixed

Qualifications

• 15+ years in the water sector
• Senior leadership experience in utilities or consulting
• Ability to influence via executive relationships
• Experience translating client value into growth
• Knowledge of water supply, rights, wastewater, groundwater, and infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual growth plan for Water Utilities & Groundwater Market
• Build relationships with utility executives and agency leaders
• Lead cross-practice collaboration to deliver integrated solutions
• Guide strategy, hiring, partnerships, and investments for growth
• Manage pipeline, backlog, and profitability for intended markets
• Mentor and align regional leaders to ESA-wide priorities
