Job summary

Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services, Inc. is seeking a Water Resources Practice Leader to drive the nationwide Water Resources practice. You will shape strategy, direct technical excellence, and foster growth across AE2S locations.

The role demands leadership across regions, collaboration with operations, client development and strategy, and the ability to translate evolving regulations into actionable plans. Travel to multiple offices is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months is required.
• 10+ years in water resources is required.
• 2+ years leading teams, initiatives, or practice areas.
• Willingness to travel periodically.

Responsibilities

• Lead national Water Resources strategy and growth across AE2S locations.
• Grow regional capabilities and market presence across multiple states.
• Direct technical direction and elevate quality of water resources projects.
• Identify trends, regulations, and innovations and translate into strategy.
• Support major pursuits and build strong client relationships.
• Mentor engineers and staff across offices.
