Hawkins, Inc. in Texas is seeking a full-time Water Treatment Sales Specialist to support industrial, municipal, and metal finishing markets. You will conduct on-site testing and product selection to deliver effective water treatment solutions.

This role requires a four-year degree (or equivalent), strong selling and communication skills, and up to 50% travel. Based in the Luling, TX area with competitive compensation and a 10% bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent required.
• Degree in Biology, Chemistry or Engineering preferred.
• Excellent selling skills and successful sales experience.
• Strong communication and math skills.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Supports water treatment sales efforts for industrial, municipal, and metal finishing markets.
• Conducts on-site product testing and selection for water treatment applications.
• Performs coagulation studies for potable water products.
• Conducts wastewater product selection studies for municipal and industrial needs.
• Troubleshoots customer treatment systems and suggests improvements.
• Assists in training Hawkins Water Treatment Group personnel.
