Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a Water Treatment Operator in Wakefield, RI. You will operate and repair pumps, motors, treatment equipment, controls and SCADA, ensuring compliant water quality and economical pumping.

You’ll maintain records, prepare reports, and support calibration and chemical usage tracking with the Chief Operator. Requirements include a High School Diploma and 3–5 years in operations, Rhode Island Grade 1 Water Treatment certification, and the ability to work rotating

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and repair pumps, motors, treatment equipment, controls and SCADA.
• Prepare and submit routine compliance documents.
• Maintain data logs and prepare monthly reports.
• Calibrate and replace process control equipment as needed.
• Perform routine housekeeping and safety checks.
• Assist Chief Operator and lab with sampling and data entry.
