Carroll Water in Maryland is seeking a Water Treatment Technician to service and repair residential and commercial water treatment systems. You will work on softeners, RO, UV, filtration, and related equipment while delivering high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required with a clean MVR.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, plumbing, and water treatment systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools, testing equipment, and other job-related tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations for service.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain residential and commercial water treatment systems.
• Operate a variety of water treatment equipment including softeners, RO systems, UV, and filtration.
• Identify issues and determine appropriate repair or service solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and replace filters, media, and components as needed.
• Test water quality and system performance; document outcomes clearly.
• Explain operations and maintenance needs to customers professionally.
• Represent Carroll Water positively at every jobsite and provide excellent service.
• Document service calls and inventory using company systems.
