The role requires driving to customer sites, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Formación

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, plumbing, and water treatment-related systems.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain residential and commercial water treatment systems.
• Explain system operation, service recommendations, and maintenance needs to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent Carroll Water positively at every jobsite.
• Accurately document service calls, work performed, equipment installed, customer interactions, and system performance using company technology.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and materials; load and unload equipment.
• Participate in weekend or on-call rotations as required.
