Job summary

Carroll Water seeks a Water Treatment Apprentice / Entry-Level Water Treatment Technician to join our growing team in Maryland. This hands-on role offers on-the-job training and the chance to learn directly from experienced technicians as you install, service, and maintain residential and commercial water systems.

No prior water treatment experience is required; we provide training and a path to advanced positions within a growing skilled trade.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with installation, service, and maintenance of water treatment systems.
• Learn to work with water softeners, filtration, RO, neutralizers, and chemical systems.
• Assist with filter replacement and routine maintenance.
• Collect water samples and assist with basic testing.
• Use hand and power tools safely and organize tools and materials.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and job sites in a clean, organized condition.
• Travel to customer homes and job sites; interact professionally with customers.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in rotations as required.
• Learn company tech and job documentation systems.
