Job summary

XRI is seeking a Water Treatment Operator to perform field, wellsite, and multi-site tasks, building and maintaining data collection and control systems to optimize uptime and data integrity. The role requires monitoring treatment levels on long shifts and following all safety and regulatory guidelines across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have high school credentials, strong English skills, basic math, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and basic math; English required.
• Proficient with MS Office; Outlook and Excel useful for reporting.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and operate field equipment and vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, communication, organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor water treatment levels during an 8-12-hour shift.
• Work rotating hitch of 2 weeks on and 1 week off.
• Conduct routine water quality tests hourly.
• Ensure equipment is operating properly and efficiently.
• Record hourly data for daily reporting.
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, client personnel and service teams.
• Comply with all regulatory, environmental, safety rules and company policies.
