Qualifications

• Enjoy working with their hands.
• Are naturally handy or mechanically inclined.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Can lift up to 80 lbs.
• Preferably have mechanical or plumbing skills, not required.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose customer water quality issues.
• Repair water conditioning, drinking water, and related equipment.
• Install new water treatment systems.
• Educate customers on system use and care.
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to ensure exceptional service.
• Receive formal training to prepare you for a technical career.
• Use plumbing or mechanical experience to support daily work.
