Qualifications

• Candidate must be hands-on and mechanically inclined.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• No college degree is required.
• Eagerness to learn through onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose customer water quality issues.
• Repair water conditioning and related equipment.
• Install new water treatment systems.
• Educate customers on system use and care.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Receive formal training to prepare for a technical career.
• Support daily work with plumbing/mechanical skills as needed.
