Job summary

Culligan Watertown is seeking a Service Technician who is mechanically inclined and eager to learn a skilled trade with long-term earning potential. No degree or prior plumbing experience required, and we provide full training through our onboarding program along with comprehensive benefits.

You will diagnose water quality issues, repair and install water treatment systems, educate customers, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working with their hands.
• Naturally handy or mechanically inclined.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Can lift 80 lbs.
• Preferably have mechanical or plumbing skills (not required).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose customer water quality issues.
• Repair water conditioning, drinking water, and related equipment.
• Install new water treatment systems.
• Educate customers on system use and care.
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to ensure exceptional service.
• Receive formal training to prepare you for a successful technical career.
• Use (optional) plumbing or mechanical experience to support daily work.
