The U.S. Water Culligan Group is seeking a Service Technician in Crystal Lake, IL. This role offers hands-on work with water treatment systems, extensive training, and long-term earning potential.

No degree or prior plumbing experience required, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package. Expect an hourly wage with commissions and lead fees, plus sign-on and retention bonuses. Flexible shifts and full benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working with their hands.
• Are naturally handy or mechanically inclined.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Can lift 80 lbs.
• Preferably have mechanical or plumbing skills (not required).
• Do not need a college degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose customer water quality issues.
• Repair water conditioning, drinking water, and related equipment.
• Install new water treatment systems.
• Educate customers on system use and care.
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to ensure exceptional service.
• Receive formal training to prepare you for a successful technical career.
• Use (optional) plumbing or mechanical experience to support daily work.
