Job summary

U.S. Water Culligan Group is hiring a Service Technician to diagnose and repair water treatment systems, educate customers and build lasting relationships. Training is provided through a structured onboarding program with full benefits after 60 days.

No degree or prior plumbing experience required, and a valid driver’s license is necessary. The role offers an hourly wage plus commissions, lead fees, and bonus opportunities, with a comprehensive benefits package after 60 days of employment.

Qualifications

• Enjoy working with their hands
• Are naturally handy or mechanically inclined
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Can lift 80 lbs
• Preferably have mechanical or plumbing skills (not required)
• Do not need a college degree

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose customer water quality issues
• Repair water conditioning, drinking water, and related equipment
• Install new water treatment systems
• Educate customers on system use and care
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to ensure exceptional service
• Receive formal training to prepare you for a successful technical career
• Use (optional) plumbing or mechanical experience to support daily work
