Job summary

Hall’s Culligan Water is seeking a Service Technician to install, service, and repair water treatment systems in homes and small businesses. You'll work a 4‑day week from 7am to 5pm Tuesday through Friday after training.

This role offers hourly pay of $23–$26, PTO, comprehensive benefits including a 401(k) with company match after the intro period, and paid training. Opportunities to earn Water Quality Association certifications and grow within a trusted, nationwide company.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude or hands‑on technical/plumbing experience preferred.
• Willing to learn continuously.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and basic math.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Dependable, organized, and customer‑focused.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, remove, and perform routine maintenance on water treatment equipment.
• Run diagnostics, identify malfunctions, and repair units for residential and commercial customers.
• Educate customers on water quality and system usage; propose service upgrades.
• Safely operate company vehicles, complete service orders, and manage truck inventory.
