Job summary

Hall's Culligan Water is seeking a Service Technician to install, service, and repair water treatment equipment in homes and businesses. You will work with water softeners and drinking water systems, diagnosing issues and providing reliable service.

The role offers a full-time schedule with a 4-day work week after training, competitive hourly pay, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package including a 401k match. Training and certifications through Water Quality Association are available.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical systems and basic plumbing equipment is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and math skills to diagnose and repair water treatment systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, remove, and perform routine maintenance on water treatment equipment using hand and power tools.
• Run diagnostic tests on residential and commercial units, identify issues, and repair.
• Educate customers about water quality, system use, and upgrade options.
